The SESAR Joint Undertaking community is invited to Athens on 24-25 February 2026 for a workshop dedicated to the future of airport operations. Co-organized by Engage 2, FASTNet, and JARVIS, this event focuses on the "Passenger-Centric Digital Airport and Multimodality," aligning with the vision of a Digital European Sky.

Hosted at the Sofitel Athens Airport, the two-day session brings together industry experts and researchers to discuss how collective efforts can transform airports into smarter, sustainable multimodal hubs.
Agenda Highlights:
- Day 1: Thematic Challenge #2 Workshop: Participants will explore the concept of the data-centric airport through round-table discussions on passenger dynamics, virtual queuing, and operator experience. The sessions will also address the environmental impact of these innovations.
- Day 2: Live Demonstrations and Site Visit: The second day features a technical demonstration from the FASTNet project, showcasing new operational concepts (Solutions 0346 & 0347). The event concludes with a visit to the Athens International Airport, providing a real-world perspective on multimodal integration.
