TOUR 5: Smarter airspace – civil-military integration and digital coordination

The airspace around Europe is becoming increasingly dynamic, requiring closer coordination between civil and military operations and more agile airspace management. This walking tour explores how SESAR innovations are enabling flexible airspace use, secure information exchange and improved interoperability across the aviation ecosystem.

From dynamic airspace reconfiguration and mission trajectory management to secure data sharing and digital aeronautical information, participants will discover how new digital tools help controllers, flow managers and military planners coordinate more effectively and support safer, more flexible airspace operations.
