SPARK will support the SESAR JU in implementing the SESAR performance management process, ensuring alignment between performance assessments from research and innovation projects and the European ATM Master Plan. Activities include: (a) a priori estimation of performance contributions from SESAR solutions; (b) consolidation of solution assessments into the PAGAR report; (c) guidance and quality assurance through communities of practice in operational performance, safety, (cyber) security, human performance, environment, cost–benefit analysis, digitalisation, passenger experience, and u-space; (d) multi-solution network impact simulations to detect cross-effects; and (e) maintenance of the SESAR performance framework and supporting material.
